7:25 a.m. - Craig arrived to farmhouse and found Joyce awake without oxygen line in place. Joyce reported that she has not been to the bathroom yet. 7:54 a.m. - Joyce returned from bathroom. Started eating breakfast (toast with jam, baby bell cheese wheel, applesauce, nutritional shake, morning medication). 10:17 a.m. - Dusty arrives to farmhouse, finding Joyce awake without oxygen line in place. Joyce had towels in her walker's basket...could not recall where they came from or what she was doing with them. 10:19 a.m. - BP 127/74, pulse 76. O2 @ 87%. BGL @ 300.  10:25 a.m. - Bathroom trip without incident. Urine passed. Evidence of bowel movement and poor attempt at self-cleaning discovered. Fecal matter in shoes and on bathroom floor from earlier trip. Shoes sanitized. Showered under protest.  Weight 157.4 lbs.  PT walk, returned to recliner by 11:20 a.m., legs elevated. 1:27 p.m. - Joyce removed her oxygen line.  8:20 a.m. Jess arrived. Joyce asleep folded over in chair head over knees. Oxygen line in place. She was a bit fuzzy. She did not think she had any nightmares. Her left arm is still sore but not as bad as yesterday. She thinks her chest doesn't as much as yesterday. Jess asked if Joyce's chest was hurting yesterday and she responded that it had been.  8:29 a.m. Bathroom. Urine incontinence. New pad and diaper. Small bowel movement type 5. Did pretty good and needed minimal coaching. Barrier cream applied. Back in chair 8:55 a.m. Legs really hurting.  8:59 a.m. Small cup of Dutch Brothers coffee (1/2 of it with 2 Tbsps. water added) Joyce super excited. Joyce requested hot cereal again this morning.  9:00 a.m. BP 155/99     Pulse 89      Blood Glucose @ 151 9:25 a.m. Morning medication with Equate nutritional shake after finishing coffee.  9:30 a.m. Breakfast (Two packets of Cream of Wheat with 6 packets Equal and banana) Jess observed...

 8:00 a.m. Craig at the farmhouse. Mom is awake & alert. Has not been to the bathroom but is thinking "real hard" about it.  Dusty arrived soon after Craig. Mom in bathroom. Urinary incontinence. Early bladder release. Remainder of urine passed and flatus. New diaper, pad, skirt, and chair mat replaced. Two PT walks and returned to recliner by 8:22 a.m. 8:23 a.m. BP 173/84     Pulse 75      Blood Glucose @144 8:25 a.m. Morning medication with nutritional shake. 8:34 a.m. Breakfast (Omelet, apple sauce, Babybell cheese) Finished by 9:17 a.m. 9:19 a.m. Enrichment activity - Laundry folding 9:51 a.m. Soiled herself. Bathroom trip. Remained type 6 bowel movement passed. Showered. Shoes sanitized. Bathroom floor and toilet seat riser sanitized. Weight 158.8lbs. She reports she has been to the bathroom already.  8:20 a.m. Orajel applied for mouth pain she is reporting. 8:21 a.m. BP 147/78     Pulse 74     Blood Glucose @ 156 8:27 a.m. Morning medication with nutritional shake.  8:35 a.m. Breakfast smoothie (Bananas, Apples, Baby Spinach and juice) Done 9:30 a.m. 9:39 a.m. Bathroom bowel insentience type 5, Remaining bowel movement passed.
