General Update #304 - Wednesday, February 10, 2021 (Updated)
8:12 a.m. - Jess arrived to farmhouse, finding Joyce awake without her oxygen line in place. Joyce did not know who Jess was and did not know that Jess arrives every week day morning to make her breakfast and take care of her.
8:15 a.m. - Bathroom. Urinary incontinence, early bladder release - remainder of urine passed. New diaper and diaper pad. Returned to recliner by 8:23 a.m.
8:30 a.m. - BP 150/89, pulse 77. BGL @ 135.
8:35 a.m. - Morning medication (minus Tramadol, Dusty acquiring today if pharmacy refills) with nutritional shake.
8:40 a.m. - Breakfast (egg sandwich and banana). Jess had to keep encouraging Joyce to eat her meal. Breakfast finished by 9:35 a.m.
9:40 a.m. - Jess noticed that Joyce is showing signs of being in pain but Joyce would not self-report pain when asked. Jess had to keep asking Joyce if she was in pain. Joyce reporting that her right knee (artificial replacement) is hurting today and her head is also hurting a bit. Jess applied a Tiger Balm patch to Joyce's right knee.
9:56 a.m. - Bathroom. Bowel incontinence - remainder of Type 6 bowel movement and urine passed. Diaper and diaper pad replaced. PT walk to living room before returning to recliner by 10:20 a.m.
10:27 a.m. - Joyce setup to nap in her recliner.
11:50 a.m. - Joyce found asleep and stretched out in recliner with oxygen line in place. Joyce very irritated at being woken, began lecture to Dusty about how she is not allowed to nap without being disturbed.
11:55 a.m. - BP 140/66, pulse 70. BGL @ 155.
12:04 p.m. - Bathroom trip. Urine passed. Joyce showered under extreme protest. Shoes sanitized (urine and fecal matter build up). Joyce did not know who Dusty was through the majority of his time working with her. Joyce expressed confusion about where she was as she was being loaded into the shower and was surprised to learn that "the farmhouse" was her home. Joyce kept wanting to know Dusty's name throughout the showering process. Joyce was very concerned about being cleaned as she felt it was unnecessary.
Laundry washing machine started. Towels replaced in bathroom and kitchen.
Craig arrived to farmhouse while Dusty was assisting Joyce with getting out of shower.
Weight 160.02 lbs.
PT walk to living room before returning to recliner by 12:44 p.m.
12:53 p.m. - Lunch (turkey sandwich with cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard, cranberry juice). 2 Tylenol. Tray of food left with Joyce to work on eating as Dusty had to return to Moscow to take Jess to work. Craig still in farmhouse kitchen eating his lunch when Dusty departed.
5:30 p.m. - Bathroom trip.
6:30 p.m. - Dinner (2 egg omelet with ham, mushrooms, onions and cheese). Evening medication.
7:30 p.m. - Bathroom trip. Diaper and pad replaced.
8:30 p.m. - Ready for bed.

Tramadol prescription not ready for pickup at time Dusty traveled to farmhouse midday. Dusty will attempt to pickup after work if it has been filled and drop off at farm, otherwise will bring out tomorrow.
