General Update #314 - Saturday, February 20, 2021
8:51 a.m. - Craig arrived to farmhouse, finding Joyce in the bathroom. Joyce returned to her recliner by 9:01 a.m.
9:10 a.m. - Morning medication with nutritional shake.
9:26 a.m. - Craig departed farmhouse.
9:45 a.m. - Dusty arrived to farmhouse after running errands for Jess in Moscow and picking up supplies for farmhouse. Joyce found slumped forward over her knees, asleep in chair with oxygen line in place.
9:51 p.m. - BP 144/77, pulse 74. BGL @ 158.
9:54 a.m. - Breakfast (toast with avocado spread, orange cranberry muffin, small glass of apple peach mango juice). Breakfast finished by ~11 a.m.
Joyce began napping off and on.
12:30 p.m. - Lunch declined. Bathroom trip declined.
Enrichment activity - folding laundry.
1:30 p.m. Bathroom trip declined. Lunch declined. Napping resumed.
3:16 p.m. - BP 134/78, pulse 69. BGL @ 156. Lunch declined. Bathroom trip declined.
3:30 p.m. - Lunch (hamburger with cheddar cheese, potato salad, V8 juice). 2 Tylenol, cranberry supplement. Lunch finished by 5:18 p.m. (Joyce kept falling asleep throughout). Joyce began sleeping again after refusing bathroom trip.
6:48 p.m. - Joyce woke in a panic, having soiled herself in her recliner. Bathroom trip. Remainder of type 5/6 bowel movement passed. Shoes sanitized, bathroom sanitized. Joyce showered.
Weight at 163 lbs.
PT walk to living room, returned to recliner by 7:45 p.m., Joyce resumed sleeping.
9:55 p.m. - Nutritional shake with evening medication.
10:05 p.m. - Dinner (Lean Cuisine meal - turkey breast, herb dressing, cinnamon apples, chocolate chip cookie). Finished by 11:01 p.m.
11:15 p.m. - Bathroom trip declined. Joyce setup to sleep for the night, informed Dusty she was not that sleepy and intended "to stay awake for a bit." Dusty departed ~11:30 p.m.

Joyce spent most of the day sleeping, stating that she was feeling "very sleepy."
Kip and Jill sent box of homemade chocolate chip cookies for Craig, Joyce and Dusty to share.
Walmart pharmacy technician, Rose, called and informed Dusty that the Carvedilol could not be refilled at this time due to it "being too soon." Dusty confirmed and will attempt to refill prescription when current prescription is almost depleted.
