8:10 a.m. - Joyce reporting pain in her left leg. Joyce could not give a number on the pain scale when asked. Jess attempted to use the visual pain guide chart on her phone instead of numbers to get a reading on Joyce's pain levels - Joyce said the pain was at ~8 out of 10.

9:50 a.m. - Urgent bathroom trip - Joyce suddenly panicky in chair stating "it's coming out!" as she soiled herself. Jess spoke calmly with Joyce, got her loaded into her wheel chair with a disposable mat in place. Major type 6 bowel movement overwhelmed diaper's capacity and covered shirt and skirt. While stripping Joyce's clothing off her LifeLine necklace fell off and triggered a fall alert to go out to the service. Jess got Joyce settled onto the toilet then spoke with the LifeLine operator to confirm that Joyce was fine - calls already went out to family members marked to receive notification of fall alert being triggered.
9:56 a.m. - Lifeline service called Dusty's cell to notify they registered a "fall alert" from Joyce's system, however, they spoke with Jessica and it was determined it was a false alarm due to changing of clothes while Joyce was in the bathroom. Jessica confirmed there was no fall and that all was well as she was with Joyce. Jess confirmed with Dusty via text message that the necklace fell off by accident while they were removing clothing from Joyce in preparation for a shower (Joyce had soiled herself).
When Joyce was done with toileting Jess cleaned her up. Joyce was showered. Shoes were sanitized. Toilet riser and floor sanitized. Joyce returned to her recliner by 10:50 a.m. Jess recommending that family care providers apply barrier cream to Joyce's buttocks as the pressure sores appear to be coming back.
