9:15 a.m. - Jess arrived to farmhouse right after Craig arrived. Joyce had just returned to her recliner after using the bathroom. Joyce was awake and very talkative.

9:22 a.m. - Vitals taken, BP 135/87, pulse 85. BGL 130.

9:45 a.m. - Breakfast (1 piece egg in a basket with syrup). Breakfast finished ~10:15 a.m., Joyce given a mug of Earl Grey tea.

10:22 a.m. - Morning medications administered with 1/2 of nutritional shake.

10:35 a.m. - Bathroom trip without incident. Urine passed. PT walk into living room and back out to recliner.

10:52 a.m. - Nutritional shake finished.

11 a.m. Joyce setup to color as an enrichment activity. Jess departed farmhouse.

~12:16 p.m. - Dusty arrived to farmhouse to find Joyce in the bathroom, rushing to clean up from soiling herself. Joyce flushed toilet (which was out of order from her usual toileting routine) as Dusty removed his shoes in the entry. Joyce resisted being inspected by Dusty, having been in the process of transitioning from adjusting her diaper and clothing to washing her hands as Dusty rounded the corner - Joyce did consent to having Dusty help clean her with wet wipes after brief protest that she had cleaned herself and not soiled herself. Joyce had evidently been working quite swiftly to clean herself up and get a clean diaper and diaper pad insert into place before Dusty's arrival when she heard him coming into the farmhouse and protested being asked to undo the progress she made. Joyce stated that she could not remain standing for long. Joyce was moving very swiftly compared to her normal toileting routine movements (even abandoning her habitual wipe down of the sink) and verbally insisted that everything was fine and that she had not soiled herself. Joyce took herself on a PT walk into the living room almost immediately and back out to her recliner to escape from the bathroom. Dusty informed Joyce that they would shower tomorrow as she would not let him put her in the shower today. Joyce did not agree to that, instead attempting to shift topic and repeating variations on "how nice it was to see you" or "so glad to have you out here today to spend time with me."

12:47 p.m. - Vitals taken, BP 123/73, pulse85. BGL @ 142.

12:51 p.m. - Lunch (1/2 Rosauers donut and 1/2 banana). 2 Tylenol for pain relief.

12:56 p.m. - Joyce asked Dusty where he was working now for a job. Dusty informed Joyce he was still working for the university and that his job had not changed. Joyce was apparently in 2010-2012 with her internal timeline for this segment of conversation.

1:05 p.m. - Joyce reset (mentally) and began asking Dusty where he works, how long he has been there, and what he does.

1:09 p.m. - Bathroom floor, toilet riser, sink, and hallway floor were sanitized. Toilet paper roll Joyce soiled in her cleanup attempts was tossed.

1:12 p.m. - Joyce became quite concerned about the 2 Tylenol in the Dixie cup on her tray. Joyce stopped eating and asked Dusty about what kind of pills they were and if he could tell her what they were for and if they were for her to take. Joyce stated that she "could not read the words..." and after going through two cycles asking about what the pills were for, she attempted to cover her confusion by saying her "glasses were dirty" and that was why she was confused about the pills and if they were for her or not. She "did not want to be tricked into taking things she was not supposed to take."

1:27 p.m. - Joyce asked if Dusty knew about her medication, pointing to the Dixie cup's contents again after alternating between staring down into the cup and off into space. Joyce stated to Dusty that she did not want to take stuff she did not need. Dusty confirmed that the two pills were just Tylenol and would be good for her. Joyce required further prompting to take the pills. Joyce struggled to get the pills in her mouth due to poor motor control and hand eye coordination. Pills were eventually ingested. Joyce commented that two pills were too many. Dusty policed up loose Dixie cups Joyce had stacked on her shelf beside her recliner and discovered at least one day's Tylenol pills were set aside and had not been taken at some point (assuming one of the days the trays were left with Joyce).

1:30 p.m. - Joyce refused bathroom trip, citing she was sleepy and did not want to go.

1:45 p.m. - Joyce refused bathroom trip, resumed napping.

2 p.m. - Joyce refused bathroom trip, resumed napping.

2:15 p.m. Joyce refused bathroom trip, resumed napping. Dusty departed farmhouse.

6:30 p.m. - Dinner (Lasagna soup). Evening medication.

8:30 p.m. - Ready for bed.
